Referral Benefits

• Your friend receives a discount on their first order.
• You receive a reward coupon after their order is completed.
• Reward coupons are single-use and linked to your account.
• You may apply multiple reward coupons to your order at checkout.
• You can track your referrals and rewards within your account dashboard.

How it Works

1. Access Your Referral Link

Log in to your NovaGenix Labs account and navigate to
My Account → Refer a Friend.

2. Share with Friends

Copy your unique referral link and share it with friends, family, or colleagues.

3. Friend Places an Order

When a new customer visits using your referral link and places their first order, they will automatically receive a discount.

4. Receive Your Reward

Once the referred order has been completed, your reward coupon will be generated automatically and added to your referral dashboard. The code will also be sent to your registered email address.

Important Information

• The referral & rewards scheme is only accessible after you have placed an order with NovaGenix Labs.
• Referral rewards are issued only after the referred customer’s order has been marked as completed.
• Self-referrals are not permitted.
• Referral discounts are intended for genuine new customers only.
• NovaGenix Labs reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or remove rewards where abuse of the referral programme is suspected.
